Maren Kaus

Maren Kaus is an experienced professional in career services and organizational development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Career Services at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since November 2020. Previously, Maren held various leadership roles at Kia Motors Europe from March 2016 to October 2020, including Organization Development and Head of HR Development Europe. Earlier experience includes serving as Learning and Development Manager at Takata from April 2014 to March 2016 and working at PwC from July 2007 to April 2014 as a Project Leader in Learning & Development and in Advisory Consulting focusing on People & Change. Maren holds a Master of Arts in Organisationsentwicklung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Diplom-Kauffrau in BWL from the University of Hamburg, along with a degree as Reiseverkehrskauffrau with a focus on events from IHK Hannover.
