Junling Xie

Junling Xie, Ph.D., serves as an Energy Engineer II at Franklin Energy since May 2016, previously holding the position of Engineering Intern. Junling's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Junling also possesses two Bachelor’s degrees: one in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University and another in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Engineering) from Shanghai University of Engineering Science. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Lawrence Technological University, and as Program Lead/Energy Engineer at the U.S. Department of Energy from May 2012 to May 2017.
