Ben Miller

Ben Miller has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as Senior Director of CRE Debt and Equity Placement at Franklin Street since April 2015, after previously holding the role of Director - Loan Originator. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President at Thomas D. Wood & Company, where Ben was responsible for originating, analyzing, and underwriting commercial real estate loans, and Small Business Credit Underwriter at USAmeriBank. Earlier in their career, Ben worked in portfolio administration within the Real Estate Loan Department at Intervest National Bank. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Real Estate from Florida State University, obtained in 2005.
