Larissa Russell-Hooten

Larissa Russell-Hooten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, UX design, and business development. At BestWork from November 2020 to May 2023, Larissa contributed to user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design as part of a small, versatile team. As Co-Founder of Try On Jobs from June 2015 to November 2020, Larissa played a key role in developing a platform that allows individuals to digitally experience job roles aligned with their strengths, overseeing multiple iterations of design and development. Prior experience includes managing social media and marketing strategies at Celebrate Strengths, LLC, where Larissa also represented the company at numerous conferences. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Emerson College, earned in May 2014.
