Karen Walsh

Karen Walsh is an experienced financial services executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Shareholder Services at Franklin Templeton since January 2024. Prior to this role, Karen spent over three decades at Putnam Investments, where titles included Head of Putnam Investor Services and various leadership positions within Transfer Agent, Investor Services. Karen's career began at Boston Financial Data Services, where a range of roles focused on mutual fund operations and client services was undertaken from October 1988 to February 1992. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Colby College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
