Lino Guglielmo

Lino Guglielmo currently serves as the Global Head of Front Office Technology at Franklin Templeton, leading the strategic implementation of front office technology across various applications. Prior to this role, Lino was the Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Management Technology at Brown Brothers Harriman, where technology leadership and the transformation of business relationships were prioritized. Lino also held the position of Director of Global Front Office Technology at Deutsche Asset Management, overseeing the standardization of investment platforms across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes a role as Director of Fixed Income Systems at GE, managing both staff and substantial IT budgets while implementing significant cost-saving measures. Lino holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University.
