Olivia Picard

Olivia Picard currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at the Franklin Township Board of Education, where responsibilities include administering HR information systems, maintaining employee records, and managing the onboarding process for staff. Previously, at TerraCycle, Olivia orchestrated new hire orientation sessions and led internal communications initiatives. Experience also includes a role as Substitute Faculty with the Hunterdon County Education Association, a Communications, Marketing and Outreach Intern at The College of New Jersey, and various positions working with children in educational settings.
