Maureen Metcalf

Maureen Metcalf, MBA, is the CEO and Board Chair of the Innovative Leadership Institute, a management consulting firm dedicated to identifying industry trends and evolving leadership strategies for sustainable success. With extensive experience across various organizations, Maureen serves as a Fellow at the International Leadership Association, a faculty member for Competent Boards, and the Chair of the Advisory Board for James Madison University's School of Strategic Leadership. Additionally, Maureen contributes to Franklin University's Mason Leadership Center as an Advisory Board Member, chairs a forum for executives at The Executive Forum, and is a Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC. Maureen previously hosted an international leadership talk show on VoiceAmerica and holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech and a BS in Economics from James Madison University, among other qualifications.
