Kametra Sims, MBA, MS, PMP, serves as a Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey and is the Founder and CEO of OCHW Consulting. With extensive experience in talent and culture leadership at Capital One and strategic workforce transformation at Deloitte Consulting, Kametra has demonstrated expertise in managing large budgets and business development pursuits. Previous roles include Deputy Project Manager at Parsons Corporation and financial management at PwC, as well as teaching experiences at the University of Phoenix and Tulane University School of Medicine. Kametra holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans, an MS in Cellular Biology & Anatomy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, and a BS in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
