Mickaël Carlier

Michael Musset is an experienced R&D Engineer specializing in embedded systems and security, with a tenure at ALCEA from April 2013 to June 2023. In this role, significant contributions included modifying development boards in collaboration with electronics engineers and undertaking kernel and U-boot recompilation, as well as updating the Device Tree to support new peripherals. Prior to ALCEA, Michael worked at NEXESS SA as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager focused on geolocation projects. Additional project experience encompasses the development of C++ applications for rugged devices and the design of localization algorithms for industrial buildings during internships. Michael holds an Engineer degree in Embedded Systems from ECE, along with educational experiences at UC Irvine and Concordia University.
