Kaisa Pace is an experienced professional in yacht charter management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Charter Manager at Fraser Yachts since January 2023, Kaisa has previously held notable positions including Charter Manager and Sales at Hill Robinson Yacht Management, and Charter Sales and Management at Churchill Yacht Partners. Kaisa's earlier experience includes leadership roles such as Director of the Charter Division at Denison Yacht Sales, Yacht Charter Manager/Broker at Bartram & Brakenhoff, Charter Fleet Manager at Fraser Yachts, and Operations Manager at Florida Yacht Charters- Bahamas. Kaisa holds educational credentials from Michigan State University and Nova Southeastern University.
