Kai Yip

Kai Yip is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Vice President at Frasers Property Limited since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of APAC Investment Research at PGIM Real Estate from November 2017 to September 2022, and Research Manager at M&G Real Estate from November 2015 to November 2017. Earlier positions include Manager of Research at CapitaLand Limited, Equity Research in Real Estate at Standard Chartered Bank, and Insurance Executive at Singapore Airlines. Kai holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, earned between 2006 and 2009.
