Laura Edwards

Laura Edwards, J.D., SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Capital & ESG at Frazier Healthcare Partners since December 2024. Previously, Laura held the role of Vice President of HR Operations at MultiCare Health System from September 2016 to December 2024, where leadership included enhancing HR processes, improving talent acquisition through technology, and fostering competitive compensation programs. Laura's career also includes roles as Executive Director of HR and Director of Employee & Labor Relations, and experience as Corporate Counsel at Interstate Distributor. Early career experience encompasses positions as Associate Attorney at Sebris Busto James and Cozen O'Connor. Laura holds a Doctor of Law degree from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Management from Washington State University.
