Bonnie Brock is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership and health informatics. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Nordic Global since April 2022, Bonnie provides leadership for the Population Health program, focusing on patient-centered care initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Nursing at Community Health System for nearly two decades, Bonnie managed nursing departments, ensured compliance with regulatory standards, collaborated with physicians for positive clinical outcomes, and developed organizational patient care programs. Bonnie also held roles in informatics, where expertise was applied to implement health information technology solutions, educate clinical staff, and oversee projects aimed at improving documentation and patient care processes.
