Luke Hayden is an accomplished finance and consulting professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and banking sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Freddie Mac since February 2022 and as the Owner of Hayden Consulting LLC since March 2005, Luke provides expert consulting services to various financial entities. Luke's previous roles include Vice Chairman at Residential Mortgage Services, Inc., President of PHH Mortgage Corporation, and CEO of Mortgage Renaissance Investment Trust. Luke has a strong track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving market share growth.
