Nedra Sandifer

Nedra Sandifer is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology services and support. Currently serving as the Technology Services Manager and formerly as the IT Support Regional Supervisor at Freeborn & Peters LLP (now part of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP) since June 2011, Nedra has held key positions at Lovells LLP as IT Support Manager and at Marakon Associates as IT Support Analyst. Prior roles include Network Administrator/Telecom Engineer at Leapnet Corporation and various positions at Acxiom Corporation, including Project Lead and Desktop Support Analyst. Nedra began a career in IT at the American Bar Association as a Help Desk Analyst. Academically, Nedra holds a Master of Science in Applied Technology with a focus on Information Technology Project Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from DePaul University, supplemented by project management training through the DePaul University Institute for Professional Development.
