David Brezina

David Brezina is an accomplished intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and antitrust law, practicing since 2009 as Of Counsel at Ladas & Parry LLP. Currently, David serves as an instructor at Freedom Boat Club and has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Lincoln Park Advisory Council and Past President of the Bohemian Lawyers Association of Chicago. Additionally, David is an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School, where Trademark Law is taught, while previously involved with the Chicago Harbor Safety Committee as Corporate Secretary and Board Member. David's legal practice included a partnership at Barnes & Thornburg LLP and involved management roles within the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club. David holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, along with a BSS in Political Science from Cornell College.
