Sue Wallace

Sue Wallace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business consultancy. As the Owner of Freedom Boat Club since March 2017, Sue has contributed to making boating accessible and straightforward for members in the world’s largest members-only boating club. Prior to this role, Sue served as an HR Business Consultant at HR Consulting from August 2017 to March 2020, providing strategic HR consulting services to clients. From 1990 to 2017, Sue held significant positions at Ericsson, serving as HR Director and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included translating business needs into effective HR strategies. Sue holds a BSBA in Human Resources from Auburn University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, with additional education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
