Nicholas Speir

Nicholas Speir is an accomplished professional in the solar energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Quality Control at Freedom Solar Power since January 2024. Previously, Nicholas co-founded and managed Speir Innovations LLC, a fully vertical solar energy company, where significant growth was achieved, expanding the business to over 50 employees. Nicholas also has experience as a Product Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on the development of array test programs for SOC devices. Early career experience includes an internship at Texas.gov, where Nicholas conducted annual inventories and managed personal property renditions. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University, obtained in 2015.
