Emily Andrews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and social justice advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at THE JPB FOUNDATION since December 2024, Emily previously held significant leadership roles including Director of Education, Labor & Worker Justice at the Center for Law and Social Policy and Director of New Organizing Strategies at Community Change. Additionally, Emily served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Center for Community Change and as Senior Research Analyst at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Earlier career experience includes roles as International Field Program Consultant and Organizing Trainer at ACORN International and Lead Organizer at SEIU. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Princeton University, a Master's Degree in International Affairs from The New School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Women's Studies, and African American Studies from Oberlin College.
