Ailsa Bartholomew

Ailsa Bartholomew is currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Freely since August 2023, previously holding positions as Senior Product Designer and Product Designer. Ailsa has extensive experience at The Saltire Foundation from March 2016 to September 2024 as a Brand Ambassador, including a prestigious internship within Calvin Klein's Global Supply Chain team. Additional roles include Product Designer at EE from August 2020 to May 2024, and CLM Campaign Manager and Marketing Communications Manager at BT from September 2018 to August 2020, focusing on mobile retention and marketing strategy. Ailsa's early career features roles in advertising and sales, with an educational background in Marketing Management from the University of Strathclyde, where a Bachelor's degree was obtained in 2017.
