Gastón Matías Lesende

Gastón Matías Lesende is a seasoned technology professional with a robust background in back-end development, data engineering, and project leadership. Currently serving as a Tech Lead and Back-end Developer at Freepik Company since August 2020, Gastón previously held positions at Airzone España and Rocketfy, and has extensive freelance experience in web development. Prior to these roles, Gastón worked for Telefónica, managing Big Data and SAS platforms, and led a project for the "Datawarehouse Movistar" at Connectis ICT Services S.A., overseeing one of South America's largest data warehouses. Gastón holds an engineering degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, completed in 2011.
