Benny Corbell

Benny Corbell, PE, has extensive experience in the mining industry with Freeport-McMoRan since August 2009, where positions have included Mine Manager, Chief Mining Engineer, and Sr. Drill and Blast Engineer, among others. Prior military service includes roles as an Engineer Officer and Signal Officer in the United States Army Reserve from August 2004 to October 2017. Benny's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Science from Pima Community College. Additional experience includes a Mining Engineer Intern position at Small Mine Development, LLC in 2007.
