Brittany Varela

Brittany Varela is an accomplished professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience at Freeport-McMoRan, where positions held include Moly Processing Manager, Haulage Manager, Operations Manager, Hydromet Manager, Hydromet Superintendent, Rhenium Plant Metallurgist, and Concentrator Metallurgist since joining the company in June 2006. Prior to this, Brittany Varela worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona from 2004 to 2006 and completed a co-op in Environmental Health and Safety at Raytheon Missile Systems in 2005. Brittany Varela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2006.
