Kevin Cavasos

Kevin Cavasos is a maintenance professional currently semi-retired since March 2022, with extensive experience in the field. At Freeport-McMoRan since March 2011, Kevin has held senior supervisor roles overseeing maintenance for both light and heavy vehicles in the RW Garage and managing operations in the Surface department focused on haulage and excavation. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a General Foreman at David Montoya Construction from January 2009 to March 2011, leading concrete and asphalt projects for bridges, highways, and airports, and managing lube and tack truck operations. Kevin’s education includes completion of the United States Navy A School from 1978 to 1983 and a high school diploma from Cibola High School in Albuquerque, NM, earned in 1977.
