Ben Cernosek

Ben Cernosek possesses extensive experience in program management, project management, and municipal engineering. Currently, Ben Cernosek is engaged in program management at Freese and Nichols since August 2019. Prior to this role, Ben Cernosek served as a senior project manager at Halff Associates from June 2015 to April 2019. Ben Cernosek also dedicated nearly three decades to the City of Dallas, advancing to the position of assistant director before retirement in May 2015. Ben Cernosek holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
