Established by our Chairman, Mike Dugan in 1984, Freestate Electric is a commercial electrical contractor with four offices and two warehouse/prefab shops, serving the MD/DC/VA region. Freestate’s 900 skilled union craftsmen are proud members of IBEW Locals 24, 26 & 307 and are supported by 160 dedicated employees in our Laurel, MD Owings Mills, MD Cumberland, MD and Springfield, VA offices.
