Zhibin Yang

Zhibin Yang has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, primarily at FreeWheel since August 2016, where positions have included Manager of Tier 2 Tech Support and Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for monitoring production systems and liaising between various teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior IT Engineer at App Annie, developing global network infrastructure, and providing advanced technical support at Avaya's Contact Center solution projects. Early career involvement at Innovation Works included overseeing IT systems and receiving the Bo Le prize for contributions. Zhibin Yang holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering at Renmin University of China.
