Antonio Gamboa

Antonio Gamboa is an experienced educator and researcher with a focus on science and technology education. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Fremont Union High School District, Antonio has held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Mt. San Antonio College and a Research Intern at Emory University. Notably involved with the Pivotal Network at Georgetown University, Antonio fosters connections among educators to support first-generation and lower-income students. Additional roles include mentoring in the Microsoft #MakeWhatsNext Patent Program, advocating for science through the Society for Science & the Public, and conducting nanotechnology research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Antonio's educational background includes master's degrees in Cell and Molecular Pathology from UC San Diego and Biochemistry from California State University, Fullerton.
