Jeff Moe is the Founder and CEO of Auxillium West HR Software, where since 1996, expertise has been applied to support small and mid-size organizations in enhancing HR processes through products such as HRSource™, SelfSource™, and an Online Employment Application module. Additionally, Jeff Moe serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Fremont Union High School District since 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Director of HR at ARGOSystems, Compensation and Benefits at Seagate Technology, and various positions in Compensation, International HR, and EEO/AAP at Intel Corporation. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Personnel Management and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
