Lisa Archer

Lisa Archer currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care North America, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Lisa held significant roles in human resources, including Senior Vice President of People and Culture at ConcertAI and American Well, where efforts focused on enhancing healthcare outcomes and telehealth services, respectively. Prior to that, Lisa served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dynatrace and held a Senior Director position at PTC, where strategic HR initiatives were developed. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Manager role at Microsoft and a lengthy tenure at EMC as Senior Director of Human Resources. Education includes a certification in Organizational Development and Talent Management from Columbia Business School, a degree in Special Education from Bridgewater State University, and participation in the EMC High Potential Leadership Program.
