Lydia Safadi, MA, RD, LDN is a seasoned nutrition professional with extensive experience in managing nutritional care for individuals with chronic conditions, particularly chronic kidney disease (CKD). Currently serving as Manager of Nutrition Services and Kidney Care Advocate at Fresenius Medical Care since August 2012, Lydia specializes in counseling CKD patients on nutrition and treatment options while conducting outreach activities for dialysis patients. Previous roles include Renal Dietitian at The Kidney RD, Clinical Dietitian at Care Pavilion, and Nutritionist at the Philadelphia WIC Program. Additionally, Lydia has international experience as an Outpatient Registered Dietitian in Israel and has held responsibilities as the Registered Dietitian for surgical and oncology units.
