Magdalena Stach

Magdalena Stach currently holds the position of VP and Global Head of Service Management at Fresenius Medical Care, a role assumed in February 2023. Prior to this, Magdalena served as Global Transition & Transformation Sr. Director at Philips GBS from August 2021 to February 2023. Magdalena's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of ABSL Cross Chapter Cooperation at ABSL Poland, and leading Global Operational Excellence and Global Reporting & Quality Assurance teams at Kimberly-Clark. At IBM, Magdalena worked as Delivery Project Executive and Service Delivery Manager, overseeing substantial teams and managing finance and accounting services. Earlier roles include Head of Management Reporting at Lufthansa Global Business Services and various leadership positions within Lufthansa and the Airline Accounting Center. Magdalena holds an MBA in Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie and a Master's degree in Foreign Trade from Krakow University of Economics.
