Sara Hennicken

Sara Hennicken is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Fresenius Medical Care North America. Sara has been with the company since July 2014 and in their current role since April 2022.

Prior to joining Fresenius Medical Care, Sara was with American Tower for nine years, where they served as TA Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the talent acquisition program for the company.

Sara is a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of success in finding and recruiting top talent. Sara is passionate about their work and committed to helping Fresenius Medical Care continue to be a leader in providing quality care to patients with renal and other chronic conditions.

Sara Hennicken has an MBA from UMass Boston and a BS in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. Sara also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.
