Order Specialist

- Responsible for resolving any issues with an order escalated by the Stock Check, Production Artists or Licensing Teams, and tasked with getting all orders through to the Order Processors. Responsible for changes in price, sizes/quantity, adding/deleting an entire order item, shipping address, due date change, art change, and deleting a group order (except open group order).
