Suzy Lockwood

Suzy Lockwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Freshminds since November 2024, Suzy previously co-founded ditto, the UK's first secondments marketplace, where responsibilities included raising venture backing and leading operational activities. Suzy participated in the Antler VC incubator program as an entrepreneur in 2023 and held senior consulting roles at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, focusing on strategy and data analytics for UK Government and Transport. Early career experience includes a role as a Financial Crime Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Suzy holds a Politics MA from The University of Edinburgh and has completed an evening course in Modern Standard Arabic at King's College London.
