Erica Laird

Erica Laird has accumulated extensive experience in the pet food industry, currently serving as an R&D Product Development Scientist at Freshpet since May 2017. Previous roles at Freshpet include R&D Associate Product Development Scientist, R&D Technician, and Quality Assurance Intern. Prior to this, Erica worked as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School from January 2016 to May 2017. Erica holds a degree in Companion Animal Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a degree in Foods and Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics from Saint Elizabeth University.
