Deidre Pipher currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Friendlier since April 2024 and previously held the same title at RouteThis from April 2023 to April 2024, where Deidre led organizational design changes and implemented a People Strategy focused on employee retention and leadership development. Prior experience includes roles as Director of People & Culture at EnPowered and Encircle, where Deidre built HR programs to enhance employee engagement and experience. Deidre's career also features positions as HR Manager at Sleeman Breweries Ltd., VP of Human Resources & Training at InvestorCOM Inc., HR Business Partner at BlackBerry, and multiple roles at Future Shop, culminating in a Regional HR Manager position. Deidre began the HR career at Rockwell Automation and Black & Decker Canada Inc., demonstrating a comprehensive background in HR leadership across various industries.
