Leah Johnson

Leah Johnson is an experienced finance and campaign professional currently serving as the Deputy Finance Director for Friends Of Sherrod Brown since January 2023. Previously, Leah worked as a Fundraising and Campaign Consultant at Kimberly Padilla & Associates from January 2020 to January 2023, and held a Legislative Intern position at the United States Senate for a brief period in 2019. Leah's earlier roles include Finance Intern and Research Intern at Friends Of Sherrod Brown, along with a Field Organizing Intern role at Betsy Rader For Congress, and District Office Intern at the office of U.S. Congressman Joseph Crowley. Leah’s experience also includes interning with the Lake County Democratic Party and contributing as a writer for The Fordham Observer. Leah graduated from Fordham University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
