Marycruz Miller

Marycruz Miller is an experienced lead case manager at Friendship Shelter since March 2021, providing support to both supervisors and fellow case managers while delivering trauma-informed and harm reduction-focused care. Previously, Marycruz served as interim assistant housing stabilization manager, leading a team of case managers and facilitating client resources and data compliance. Additionally, Marycruz holds the position of housing coordinator and social media coordinator for the Environmental Justice Club at California State University, Fullerton, where responsibilities include developing engaging content. Previous roles include graduate research assistant at California State University, Fullerton, and home care provider at Right at Home, alongside experience as an undergraduate teaching assistant. Marycruz earned a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
