Beatriz Frias

Beatriz Frias is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Major Incident Manager at Frost since February 2022. Prior to this role, Beatriz held the position of Director of Business Resumption at Solis Security from October 2021 to February 2022 and has an extensive background at Rackspace, where Beatriz progressed from Customer Service Specialist to Manager of Technical Support from October 2013 to July 2021. Beatriz also gained valuable experience as a Staff Assistant for US Congressman Lloyd Doggett, providing administrative support and mentoring interns from June to October 2013, and worked as a Student Assistant at the UTSA Office of International Engagement from February 2012 to August 2013.
