Dennis Cooper

Dennis Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transactions, income tax, and estate tax consulting for a diverse range of privately owned companies. Since December 1996, Dennis has served as a Partner at FROST, PLLC, and holds a similar position at Moore Stephens since 1996. Additionally, Dennis was a Shareholder and Board of Directors member at ClearPointe Holdings, Inc. from 2002 to 2018 and was a Partner at Cooper, Shuffield and Company from 1987 to 1996. Dennis earned a degree from The University of Memphis between 1971 and 1975.
