Selina Juopperi

Selina Juopperi is an experienced project manager and national coordinator currently working at Stiftelsen Fryshuset since July 2018, leading initiatives focused on sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) in Kenya and youth mental health. Previously, Selina was the operations and project manager for Backa Systerskapet, advocating for gender equality and addressing various social issues. As the founder and project manager of Ofana from April 2017 to February 2019, Selina empowered young women in Sweden, Gambia, and Zambia through workshops aimed at self-esteem and goal-setting. Prior experience includes roles at Tallink Silja AB, where Selina managed onboard marketing, events, and entertainment coordination, and earlier positions as a program host and freelance photographer. Selina holds a degree in social science from Mälardalen University and completed secondary education at Rudbeckianska gymnasiet.
