Ginevra Czech

Ginevra Czech, MBA, WMCP®, currently serves as the Director of Client Value Add Programs at FS Investments since December 2022, where Ginevra leads the strategy and execution of FS Thrive, aimed at enhancing the involvement of financial advisor teams. Previously, Ginevra held various roles at FS Investments from 2015 to 2022, including Director and Senior Internal Advisory Consultant. Ginevra was also a Fulbright Scholar at the Fulbright Program from March 2022 to December 2022. As a volunteer English Second Language Teacher with the Garces Foundation from 2018 to 2022, Ginevra facilitated ESL lessons for immigrant restaurant workers, fostering their personal and professional growth. Ginevra holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and an additional MBA in Sustainable Business from INCAE Business School, complemented by a BA in Environmental Science and Spanish from Rollins College.
