Sabah Carter

Sabah Carter is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as CDITO at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme since August 2021, Sabah has previously held positions such as Chair of the Members Council at CITF, and multiple senior roles at News Corp, including CIO Enterprise Systems and SVP, overseeing technology for global operations. Tenure at BBC Worldwide involved leadership as Technology Director for Global Business Systems and Finance Systems, managing significant teams and projects. Additional experience includes strategic positions at Pearson English, Capgemini, and the Financial Times, complemented by academic qualifications in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City, University of London, and a BA in Politics and Economics from Goldsmiths College.
