Dana Houston Jackson

Dana Houston Jackson, CCMP, PMP, MS, is the Founding Managing Executive at Change - With A Coach Approach, LLC, since March 2023, providing expertise in People-Change Advisory and Change Management. Prior to this role, Dana served as a Senior Change Management Consultant at 1898 & Co., where a notable contribution was founding the Burns & McDonnell Center of Enabled Practitioners for Change Management. Previous experience includes leadership as a Senior Change Manager and Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell, along with various project management and change management roles across multiple industries such as utilities, education, and logistics.
