Yohanes Kevin Simanjuntak

Yohanes Kevin Simanjuntak serves as the Head of M&A and Strategic Partnership at PT. XL Axiata Tbk since September 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Associate in M&A, where responsibilities included developing business models, negotiating agreements, and managing corporate actions, notably overseeing a significant tower sale and leaseback transaction totaling IDR 4 trillion.
