Mia Liu is a seasoned career coach and leadership expert with extensive experience in executive coaching and human capital development. Currently, Mia serves as a Career Coach at the School of Management at Fudan University and holds multiple coaching roles, including ICF Certified Coach at Intellect and Leadership Coach at the Institute of Strategic Leadership and Coaching. Previously, Mia worked at GOODIX Technology INC. as the Global L&D Head and Leadership Expert, contributing to the company's stature as a leading biometric authentication solution provider. Mia also held significant roles at MDS Ltd, managing a substantial coaching business and leading a team of executive coaches across the Asia Pacific region. Additional experience includes project management in executive coaching at the University of Maryland and leadership in human resources at Accenture and Lundbeck.
