Deepak Aswal

Deepak Aswal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the service delivery and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Full Potential Solutions since May 2021, Deepak has previously co-founded Ingenicx and held the position of Business Head at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) from July 2019 to June 2020. Deepak also served as Vice President at Aegis Global for over a decade, managing service delivery across multiple centers in India and overseeing complete P&L responsibilities. Earlier career ventures include leadership in learning and development at i-Process Services and consultancy roles in human capital at Evolv Services. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from SCDL.
