Eric Sweatt

Eric Sweatt currently serves as the Global Beef Director at Fulton Market Group, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Lopez Foods, Inc., including AVP Purchasing and Director of Purchasing, from September 2012 to January 2022. Eric also contributed to AdvancePierre Foods as the Director of Strategic Sourcing from January 2011 to August 2012 and worked at Advance Brands, LLC as the Director of Purchasing & Distribution from September 2003 to December 2010. Earlier in Eric's career, roles included Purchasing at Lopez Foods from 1996 to 2003. Eric Sweatt earned a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University, attending from 1991 to 1996.
